Log Rounds Available

During the recent lot cleanup, some feld trees were cut into into rounds of approximately 1 -2 foot lengths. These are available to any homeowner, first come, first served. Most but not all are soft wood. The trees were cut down more than a year ago so the wood is somewhat dried. The rounds are on the hillside East of the pool and in the park area South of the pool. Photos are attached.

Annual Meeting Postponed

The Arnold Lilac Park Homeowners Association, which normally occurs on Labor Day weekend has been postponed. A new date will be posted here once it has been scheduled.

A Reminder About Lilac Park Policies

As the summer wears on, there is an marked increase in the number of people here in Lilac Park. The increase includes seasonal and vacation homeowners, their visitors, and renters. It is important that everyone be aware of and follow the rules associated with our community. These can be found in the public documents section of the web site. A link is supplied below. The HOA has gotten a few complaints in two particular areas, which are covered in CC&Rs. The topics in question cover quiet time and lighting. Homeowners are encouraged to review the CC&Rs from time to time and make sure that they and others using the property are aware of the rules. While Lilac Park is an excellent vacation spot, it is also a residential community with people who live here full-time. Adhering to the published rules helps maintain the quality of life for both full-time residents and vacationers. Your cooperation will be  greatly appreciated.

From Article V Section 5

(c) There shall be no exterior lighting installed or operated which is directed at or shining on neighboring lots.

A Friendly Reminder

The HOA extended the period during which dues may be paid without penalty. Homeowners who have not paid their annual dues have until July 31 to pay after which there is 10% penalty, and interest is accrued monthly. If you would like to arrange a payment plan, please contact the HOA by phone at 209-795-3807 or by email to info@arnoldlilacparkhoa.org.
