WE HAVE RECEIVED WORD THAT A FULL-TIME LILAC PARK RESIDENT HAS SEEN A MOUNTAIN LION TWICE BETWEEN SUMMIT VIEW AND PONDEROSA. PLEASE BEWARE AND KEEP AN OPEN EYE.

Agenda For Feb 8, 2020

It is time for our annual Christmas dinner. It will be held on Saturday December 7th at 5pm. The dinner will take place at Mark and Karen Nelson’s home at 1065 Laurel Circle. We will provide the main dish, ham, and ask that all attendees bring a side dish and drink to share. Please RSVP at info@arnoldlilacparkhoa.org. Hope to see you there.

The HOA submitted a request to clean-up the overgrown vegetation where Vista Drive meets Calaveras Way. The project has been completed. Attached are before and after pictures. The next board meeting will take place 10AM October 12 at the Powell’s home (1197 Lilac Circle). There is an open forum at the start of the meeting. The open forum is an opportunity for homeowners to speak, ask questions, or raise issues. In order to maintain the pace of the meeting each homeowner is limited to 3 minutes.. The agenda is attached to this post and is also posted on both bulletin boards at the pool.

 

Agenda Oct 12, 2019

Updated to include photo of the cleared drainage ditch on Lilac Drive just above the entrance to the pool.

As you may know, the HOA submitted a request to the county to clear the drainage ditches in Lilac Park. The county has changed the status to “In Progress”. Today, I observed county workers clearing the drainage ditch on Lilac Drive. So it is really “In Progress”. The link to the request is included below. Please be aware that the cleaning the conduit under your driveway is your responsibility.
