DELAY IN POOL OPENING

Due to a heavy winter and recent county requirements the pool will not open until mid-end of June.

The Board of Directors apologizes and is doing everything they can to get the pool open asap!

For more details please attend the board meeting on Saturday, June 3, 10am at the pool.

WILDFIRE COMMUNITY PREPAREDNESS DAY

Firewise community meeting will be held on Saturday, May 6, from 9-12, at Indepencence Hall in Arnold.

Community BBQ will follow.

LILAC PARK CHRISTMAS DINNER

Dinner will be at JJ’s Dive Bar and Grill on Saturday, December 3 at 5:30pm.

JJ’s is located at 1051 Hwy 4 near the Grizzly gas station. They have many meals to offer from hambergers and tri tip sandwiches to pastas and soups/salads. They also have a full bar.

This will be a fun evening during the holiday season to socialize with the BOD and your neighbors.

CCWD PLANNED OVERNIGHT WATER SHUTDOWN

Water service will be turned off at 9pm on Wednesday, November 9 and restored at 7am Thursday, November 10.

This may cause low water pressure and discolored water.

NOVEMBER BOARD MEETING

The ALPHA board of directors will be meeting on Sunday, November 6, at 10:00am, at the Nelsons home.

All Homeowners are invited and welcome to attend.

Christmas dinner will be on Saturday, December 3. Details will be posted at a later date.

There will be no meeting in January.

Billing will be sent out in January.
