Lot clearing season is upon us. The HOA has NOT received information that lot clearing requirements will be reduced or delayed this year. Attached to this note are two files of interest regarding lot clearing. Burn Permits can now be obtained online. One of the attachments describes the process for getting a burn permit. The other attachment contains a list of lot clearers recently trained by Ebbets Pass Fire District (EPFD). Please note that now we are in “Open Burning” status. After May 1, burn permits will be required.

Because the state and county distancing guidelines, the April Board Meeting has been cancelled. There were no urgent issues. The board plans meet in May if circumstances allow.

The current plan is to have the pool ready to open on Memorial Day weekend as usual. The actual date the pool will open cannot be stated with confidence at this time. When there is a date certain, it will be posted here and on the pool bulletin board.

 

The next board meeting will be held Saturday, March 14 at 10:00am. All homeowners are welcome and invited to attend. The meeting will take place at the Powell’s house, 1215 Lilac Circle. Agenda is attached.

WE HAVE RECEIVED WORD THAT A FULL-TIME LILAC PARK RESIDENT HAS SEEN A MOUNTAIN LION TWICE BETWEEN SUMMIT VIEW AND PONDEROSA. PLEASE BEWARE AND KEEP AN OPEN EYE.

It is time for our annual Christmas dinner. It will be held on Saturday December 7th at 5pm. The dinner will take place at Mark and Karen Nelson’s home at 1065 Laurel Circle.
