November 2020 Board Meeting will be on Saturday, November 7 at 10:00 AM.

We will be meeting at the Home of the Powell’s located at 1215 Laurel Circle.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend. A Zoom link will be sent out shortly for those

wishing to attend via Zoom. Please see the attached agenda.

Please be aware that this time of year the bears are getting ready for winter. There has been an increase in the number of complaints about nuisance bears. DO Not leave your garbage out and dump it regularly. The dump station in Avery has already been paid for, through your property taxes. Just need proof of ownership of property. Thank you for joining us in the effort of keeping bears from damaging our properties.

The next meeting of the HOA Board will take place on October 3, 2020 at 10AM at the pool. The agenda is attached. The board is trying to set-up a Zoom meeting. If the attempt is successful, the details will be emailed to homeowners.

The pool will be closed after Sunday, September 13. This is the last weekend. Pool hours are 12 – 4.

PG&E is forecasting a red flag warning which means the power will be out sometime tonight and will be off until Wednesday night.

The pool can not open without the pumps running due to Health Department guidelines. We will open again when the power is back on, hopefullly Thursday.

The new posted hours will be 12 NOON to 4 PM until further notice.

We have had several homeowners asking to bring in guests. Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 we are only allowing family members this season.

We have also been asked about renting the pool after hours. Due to the extra cleaning required by the CDC to keep the pool open, we are not renting out the pool after hours this season.

Please refer to the homeowners’ letter above to refresh all that the health department has required us to do this year in order to keep the pool open.

Agenda for August 15, 2020 Board Meeting

During the recent lot cleanup, some feld trees were cut into into rounds of approximately 1 -2 foot lengths. These are available to any homeowner, first come, first served. Most but not all are soft wood. The trees were cut down more than a year ago so the wood is somewhat dried. The rounds are on the hillside East of the pool and in the park area South of the pool.
