BEFORE AFTER
The next board meeting will take place 10AM October 12 at the Powell’s home (1197 Lilac Circle). There is an open forum at the start of the meeting. The open forum is an opportunity for homeowners to speak, ask questions, or raise issues. In order to maintain the pace of the meeting each homeowner is limited to 3 minutes.. The agenda is attached to this post and is also posted on both bulletin boards at the pool.
Updated to include photo of the cleared drainage ditch on Lilac Drive just above the entrance to the pool.
As you may know, the HOA submitted a request to the county to clear the drainage ditches in Lilac Park. The county has changed the status to “In Progress”. Today, I observed county workers clearing the drainage ditch on Lilac Drive. So it is really “In Progress”. The link to the request is included below. Please be aware that the cleaning the conduit under your driveway is your responsibility.

Calaveras County has implemented a way to submit service requests online rather than by telephone. Your HOA has created an account on the county site to make such requests. We have submitted 4 requests, 2 of which have been completed and 2 more that are under review. If you see something that you think the county should take care of send an email to the board with the subject “County Service Request”. Include a photo if you think it will help. We will review the request and if appropriate submit it to the county from the HOA account. Michael Levay will be handling this function. He will reply to your email with a link so you can view the request or with a reason why he did not submit your request. Turn around time on request should be a week or less. The board email is “info@arnoldlilacparkhoa.org”.
The HOA is required to annually request each owner update their contact information. The form is attached to this posting. Please fill it out and mail or email it back to the HOA. Instructions are on the form. The form is also available on Arnoldlilacparkhoa.org/Publicdocs.
Starting Tuesday, September 2nd, the pool will be closed. Opening date planned for Memorial weekend 2020.
The Arnold Lilac Park HOA annual homeowner meeting is to take place at the pool on Sunday, September 1 at 2PM. The agenda is attached. It will be followed by a potluck barbeque. The HOA will supply grilled Tri-Tip steak. Please bring a dish to share.
